• Fixed data – up to 70 small characters per second or 30 medium-to-large characters per second. Any missed printing is often linked to low-grade sensors, which can be easily solved by upgrading to INCODE’s recommended high-performance sensors.

• Variable data – handles 2–3 items per second, as data generation requires processing through the red board before output. Missed prints can be avoided by adjusting line speed or product spacing, giving the system more time to generate and transfer data.

Building on the strengths of the G0510, the future G0512 offers several breakthroughs:

1. Multi-head expansion – supports up to 8 printheads.

2. Enhanced variable data speed – network cable transmission doubles transfer rates.
